RETURN POLICY
We hope that the item(s) that you choose will meet with your complete satisfaction. However, if this is not the case, our return policy follows.
A request for return must be requested within 15 days from the day you receive your product(s).
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained from our customer service department by completing the following form and faxing it to us at 901-527-2413.

All feet products are made to order. If you request samples, fill out the sample request form below and fax to 901-527-2413.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping and Handling Charges are added to your order. Once your order is shipped you may track it with your USPS Tracking number.

Taylor Brown Apothecary takes fraud very seriously. Fraudulent orders hurt both cardholders and Taylor Brown Apothecary; and impair Taylor Brown Apothecary ability to provide quality service and competitive pricing for customers. In an effort to reduce the amount of fraudulent orders processed, Taylor Brown Apothecary takes certain steps to limit the amount of fraudulent orders processed. These steps include, but are not limited to, recording the IP address for every computer that places an order, and manually checking all orders before shipment.
ABOUT DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Orders placed on our site usually ship within 72 hours, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. You should check USPS Tracking on shipping times to your location. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 72 hours you will receive a notice indicating same. A street address is required for all USPS shipments.
